Here’s the car I painted with Jim Stoten for the Mongolian Rally. It looked like it wasn’t going to happen for a bit because of the pouring rain, howling wind, cold fingers and persistent security guards, but eventually we got painting.
The car isn’t finished so we’re looking for illustrators to help out finish it off in a similar hand painted black line work style so we can raise some money for Mongolian orphans. Any interested parties tweet @Drewrae and @Jimtillustrator
I will be painting a car with Jim Stoten on Sunday in Redchurch Street from 4 onwards. The car will be taking part in the Mongolia Charity Rally driven by the very brave (or maybe foolhardy) Mattia Bernini. So if you’re in the neighbourhood pop along. This is a rough of how it might turn out.
